File Transfer
Overview
File Transfer is a peer-to-peer file sharing tool based on WebRTC technology, allowing you to quickly and securely transfer files between devices on the same network without login or registration.Key Features
- Zero Configuration: Just open the webpage to use, no software installation required
- Cross-Platform: Supports Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android and all platforms
- Peer-to-Peer: Files are transferred directly between devices, not through servers
- High Speed: LAN transfer speed depends on network bandwidth, usually over 100MB/s
- Secure Encryption: Uses WebRTC encrypted channels to ensure secure transmission
- Batch Transfer: Supports transferring multiple files simultaneously
- Real-time Progress: Shows transfer progress and speed

FAQ
Why can't I find other devices?
- Ensure all devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
- Check firewall settings to ensure WebRTC connections are not blocked
- Try refreshing the page to search again
What if transfer speed is slow?
- Check network quality and avoid network congestion
- Close other bandwidth-consuming applications
- Try reducing the number of simultaneous file transfers
What's the file size limit?
- No theoretical file size limit
- Actual limit depends on device memory and browser limitations
- Recommended single file size under 2GB
Can I transfer across networks?
- Currently only supports devices on the same LAN
- Cross-network transfer requires additional server support
Use Cases
- Office Collaboration: Quickly share documents and images in the office
- Family Sharing: Share photos and videos among family members
- Temporary Transfer: Quick file distribution at meetings and events
- Cross-Device Sync: Transfer files between your own devices
Important Notes
- Use only in trusted network environments
- Be aware of surroundings when transferring sensitive files
- Keep devices charged during large file transfers
- Don't close the browser tab during transfer
